Jim earned his Masters of Science degree in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program and his Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
He is licensed by the state of New Hampshire and is board certified through the American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC). He is a member of the American Diabetes Association and is a board Certified Lipid Specialist.
Her background includes work as a certified inpatient diabetes educator at CMC and as a practitioner within primary care/internal medicine.
She earned her MSN at Rivier University, CDE through the (NCBDE) National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators, and APRN board certification through the (AANP) American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Shari’s personal interests include her 4 dogs, running, and reading historical fiction. She brings compassion and knowledge to your personal diabetes management needs.
Heather Taylor is a licensed registered dietitian and owner of Eat Well and Beyond. She has been a dietitian for over 21 years. Her practice consists of nutrition and lifestyle therapy with a focus in integrative and functional medicine approaches.
She provides nutrition therapy for numerous medical conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, weight loss, food allergies and sensitivities, gut dysbiosis, and many other inflammatory diseases.
She also provides supportive wellness nutrition therapy for children, adolescents, pregnant mothers, and anyone looking to improve their health and function at their optimal capacity.
